Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: Prime Axis Solutions provides professional pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties in the Atlanta metro area and surrounding regions.
2. Service Agreement: By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein. Any additional agreements or modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
3. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments. Invoices not paid within the specified timeframe are subject to late fees.
4. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability: While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of our team and clients' property, Prime Axis Solutions shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries incurred during the provision of services.
6. Client Obligations: Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property and removing any obstacles that may hinder the completion of services. Additionally, clients must inform Prime Axis Solutions of any special requirements or concerns prior to service commencement.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If clients are not satisfied with the results of our services, we will work to address their concerns promptly and effectively.
8. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to logos, branding, and website materials, are the intellectual property of Prime Axis Solutions and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
9. Privacy Policy: Prime Axis Solutions respects the privacy of our clients and adheres to all applicable data protection regulations. Client information will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia.
